Refund policy

 

Exchanges only 14 days from purchase date with receipt. Shipping return at cost to customer. Returns only if there is a fault to the product.  

Workshops: Students may be rescheduled to a later dates when student gives 48 hour notice. If no date is available, you will be given a gift certificate to use at your convenience. 

If class does not meet minimum enrollment, student will have option to book next date available or receive refund. (You will be given 48 hour notice.) 

"No shows," same day cancellations, or less than 12hr notice of cancellations, do not receive refund and are not offered a rescheduled date.

Packages marked as delivered can not be claimed as lost. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is correct to alleviate any stress. USPS will not be helpful.
