First I hand "anti dyed" the linen in color remover using shibori folding and sewing techniques.
This is 100% ethically sourced all natural medium weight linen. (200 GSM/6 OZ)
Then I hand silkscreened 2/3 times, layering the different images; of hot pink almond shells and metallic pale gold chestnuts. Images/patterns are original designs of mine, that are hand drawn, original photographs, or digitally manipulated objects.
Each piece I then set in high heat so the textile ink I print with is washable, and
then hem and topstitched the edges for beautiful finished look.
