Light fabric is first hand stitched in two rows, two stitch paths each, then pulled tightly and dipped in succession to produce a medium indigo blue. Then unstitched to reveal the pattern. Fixing and washing is done carefully so there is no bleeding and also minimal fading. Once dry the fabric is laid out and the top pattern cut, then sewn. Very specially there is only one of these tops. So size is obviously limited.
